Did you know that the State of New Jersey has specific regulations that control all kinds of outdoor burning of materials?

This includes farmers burning trees, stumps, and other plant material all the way to backyard recreational fires.  Please see the flyer below for more information from the New Jersey Forest Fire Service (NJFFS), who owns these regulations and who issues permits to applicants.
